Wayne Gonzales
Executive Director
Wayne received his Bachelor's of Arts in Criminal Justice from UTSA and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. Wayne has over 15 years of experience working in BSA/AML, fraud, risk management, and compliance. Currently, Wayne serves on the UTSA Alumni Association Board of Directors and is the SVP of Risk Management & Compliance at Usio, Inc. (NASDAQ: USIO). Don Davis
Director of Player Scouting & Outreach
As a former college football player with 25 years of experience in managing business operations, Don truly understands how success in athletics can translate into wins in the business world. As Director of Player Scouting & Outreach, Don is the Runners Rising Project's lead for identifying and communicating with UTSA student-athletes who would make great candidates for NIL deals.

Joe Rodriguez
Director of Content Development
Joe graduated from UTSA with a computer science degree and has over 20 years of experience in Cyber Security, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) specializing in Unix/Linux security.
Jordan Singleton
Director of Legal
Jordan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from UTSA in 2015, a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University in 2021, and is currently pursuing an LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver. Jordan helps Runners Rising find ways to help local businesses and student-athletes navigate the NIL landscape.
Aaron Livingston
Director of Branding
After graduating from UTSA in 2012, Aaron relocated to Dallas and went on to work in several industries ranging from life insurance to defense contracting. In 2018, Aaron was brought on to Alamo Audible as Creative Director and is now Director of Branding for Runners Rising.
Jared Kalmus
Director of Technology
A 2014 alumnus of the UTSA Alvarez College of Business, Jared has over nine years of experience working in software development and cybersecurity for some of the largest enterprises in the world. His areas of expertise include vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and cyber risk assessment. You’ll know his voice as he is the co-host of Alamo Audible.
Ryan Erfurth
Director of Finance
Ryan is a graduate of UTSA where he received his bachelor’s in 2019. Since graduating, Ryan has worked in several roles throughout the San Antonio banking market and currently works for Broadway Bank as a Portfolio Manager. Outside of the office, Ryan is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family and pups.
Farah Hamed
Director of Social Media and Business Outreach
Farah graduated from UTSA in 2022 and is currently pursuing her MBA at Texas A&M- Corpus Christi. Farah is a Financial Analyst in Third Party Risk Management at USAA. She has a passion for sports, specifically UTSA athletics.
Noelle Pratt
Volunteer
Noelle graduated from UTSA in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Noelle was a cheerleader at UTSA from 2021-2023. She currently works as a coach in the DFW area. Noelle was a gymnast for 11 years and a cheerleader for 8. She has a certification in personal training and enjoys traveling in her free time.
Caleb Hopkins
Volunteer
Caleb graduated from UTSA in 2016 and is currently a Football Technology Manager for a professional football league. Caleb currently serves as a hype man, consultant, and assists with scouting and player outreach.
Leslie Saavedra
Marketing and Social Media Intern
Leslie is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing at UTSA. She grew up in El Paso and has a passion for athletics.
