Terms of Agreement

By donating or contributing to the Runners Rising Project you agree to the following terms of agreement
  • All donations and contributions are provided unrestricted without the expectation of any service to be rendered on the behalf of Runners Rising to the donor.
  • Gifts and donations are considered unrestricted and will be utilized as determined by the Runners Rising staff, in accordance with the project’s bylaws and articles of incorporation.
  • Any contribution or donation is considered final once payment has been processed. Refunds will not be provided, and the donor is responsible for managing his or her own payment terms.
